In order to give the further spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) as little chance as possible, we find it very important to reduce the risks of contamination and to protect your health and that of our employees.
Exceptional circumstances call for exceptional measures.
This is why, since Tuesday 17 March 2020, we have introduced teleworking for the majority of our colleagues, access to our offices is strictly limited to the necessary deliveries and there will no longer be any physical meetings.
However, we will remain at your service online, by e-mail, telephone or skype!
As far as possible, we try to maintain our normal office hours (from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Given the situation, it is possible that handling your questions will take a little more time than usual, but we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
Urgent repairs and necessary maintenance remain guaranteed!
Our maintenance teams will continue to deliver all necessary maintenance and repairs in order to ensure the proper functioning of your installation(s). Of course, in case our customers decide to close the site, we respect their decision and will keep on supervising the installation through our remote monitoring.
Our service helpdesk will remain available 24/7!
In the meantime, we are carefully following the advice and measures taken by the government in the fight against the COVID-19 virus and hope, together with you, that this period will be over as soon as possible!
