Vanparijs Engineers has its own after-sales service. We regularly monitor the functioning of the new installation during the initial months. In addition, we also offer a permanent maintenance service in the form of a flexible maintenance contract to suit your installation and expectations.

Our maintenance contracts are composed of different modules, from which you choose the ones you need:

  • Preventive maintenance 
  • Curative maintenance
  • Corrective maintenance
  • 24/7 service for urgent cases
  • Remote inspections via an Intelligent Energy Monitoring System
  • Operating materials and spare parts
  • Temporary backup with a mobile UPS placed in a container (MUPS)
  • Performance contract with bonus-malus system
  • Administrative follow-up (performance reporting, controls, calibrations, etc.)

Intelligent Energy Monitoring

Vanparijs Engineers has developed its own Intelligent Energy Monitoring system that allows it to remotely monitor your installation and ensure that it is functioning properly. Our employees continuously monitor the system parameters or make a complete diagnosis of the machine, as a result of which we can identify problems in time and take the necessary measures to resolve them.



Available day and night

Vanparijs Engineers' service helpdesk is available 24h/24 and 7/7 for urgents calls, alarms and other problems:  

  • by phone or by mail
  • alarms are automatically sent to the service helpdesk
  • online supervision via remote monitoring system 
  • first diagnosis made remotely

This way the intervention times can usually be kept very short.
